Basement system

Composed by galvanized sheet and steel structure beam, height 300mm, with two rows of gratings and three rows of indented plates, with two ramps.

 Cabinet system

Pre-painted steel sheet with rock-wool insulations, thickness 60mm, thickness of steel sheet 0.46mm, Volume weight of rock-wool 100kg/m³. The cabinet with aluminium wrap angle, plain batten door, personnel door with aluminium frame, with pressure lock.

Air handling unit

With 2*3KW air intake fans model YDW-11, centrifugal fans, the fan base with section bar, outside with galvanized steel. Upper air inlet, without damper. Equip with 3 pcs air exhaust ducts, with 1 pc elbow duct.

Heating system

With 12 units of fixed infrared baking lamps, power consumption 36KW, separated control, friendship for partial baking and energy saving.

Illumination unit

With 8 units of inclined ceiling lights, 4*16W per unit, with tempered glass, illuminance ≥800Lux. 

Waste gas treatment system

Dry treatment, optional.

 Filtration system

China high quality chip type air intake filter, high quality & high efficient ceiling filter, ensure the air filtration efficiency above 98%. Equip with 6 pcs of C type ceiling steel grids.

Control system

Intelligent control, main components all from China top famous suppliers, such as contactor, breaker and switch. Multiple protector: Over currency protect, short circuit protect, Anti-default phase protect, safe and reliable.
