Room system

The room is of assembled structure, with self-made rock wool insulation wallboard with a capacity of 120kg/m3, good thermal insulation, low thermal conductivity, and a total thickness of 60mm.

Aluminum alloy frame decoration is provided around the room to make the whole paint room elegant and durable.

The gate is a self-made flat door structure, and a large tempered glass observation window is installed to facilitate observation, operation and painting. The safety door is equipped with two mechanical pressure, which can be opened for pressure relief.

The base is 300mm high and assembled by bending galvanized sheet and steel structure beam. Three rows of galvanized ground grids and two rows of anti-skid checkered plates are laid on it to meet the weight of the workpiece.

Air filtration system

Bag type air inlet primary filter cotton with large dust capacity; The top is equipped with imported CC-600G sub high efficiency filter cotton, which has a multi-layer structure, and its middle oily interlayer has a very high adhesion to ensure that the air cleanliness is no less than 1.5mg/m3 and the maximum dust particle is ￥ 5um.

C-shaped steel top mesh frame structure, convenient for the installation and replacement of top filter materials.

Air supply and exhaust system

It can be interchanged in forward and reverse direction, with profile frame, 2 sets of 4KW air supply fans, model YDW11, air volume 25000m3/h, 1 set of 7.5KW motor external exhaust fan, air volume 20000m3/h, white color plate on the outside, upper air inlet, and no circulating damper.
